Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.

Conditions for Returns

We strive for your complete satisfaction with your colored loose diamond purchase from MamtaDiam. Please review our conditions for returns below:

1. Returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

2. Colored loose diamonds must be in their original condition, unaltered, and accompanied by all relevant documentation.

3. Proof of purchase, including the original certificate, must be provided.

4. Returns are subject to inspection and approval by MamtaDiam before a refund is issued.

5. Returns must be shipped back to MamtaDiam at the customer's expense, with appropriate insurance to cover the value of the diamond.

Non-Returnable Items

The following colored loose diamonds cannot be returned if:

1. They have been customized or altered after delivery, including resizing or recutting.

2. They have been damaged or treated with enhancements after purchase.

3. They are part of a final sale or clearance promotion.

4. They are special orders or diamonds purchased on layaway or installment plans.

5. They are loose diamonds that have been set into jewelry by a third party.

Please note that this list is not exhaustive, and MamtaDiam reserves the right to refuse returns on colored loose diamonds that do not meet the above conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
